India Public Finance Collaborative (IPFC), officially launched on 22 September 2025 in New Delhi at CSEP. IPFC brings together organisations committed to building an inclusive, citizen-centric public finance ecosystem that strengthens service delivery and responsive governance.
During the launch, member organisations pledged their commitment to work towards evidence-based reforms. The launch was followed by discussions on operationalising IPFC and brainstorming sessions to identify strands of work the collective can pursue through dedicated working groups.
