IPFC exists to catalyse systemic Public Finance Management (PFM) reforms by bringing together practitioners, researchers, and institutions, in co-creating solutions that enhance transparency, accountability, and service delivery across all levels of government.

To be the catalyst for holistic PFM reforms and work towards building an inclusive, and citizen-centric public finance ecosystem that enhances service delivery, equity, and responsiveness in governance.

Build a knowledge & learning Community for PFM practitioners, policy makers, academicians, students, civil societies, and others aligned with the ecosystem.

Promote inter-organizational and inter-sectoral collaboration through co-creating and designing evidence-based PFM reforms.

Pursue joint advocacy through strategic engagement across relevant tiers of government and other stakeholders such as donors, CSOs, elected representatives by positioning PFM as a critical lever for state capacity enhancement.
